Veritas Gas Processing provides engineering, design, fabrication, and assembly of cryogenic gas processing plants, NGL fractionation, crude oil stabilization, and other midstream related processing equipment. In the past decade, the owners of Veritas have been invovled in the engineering and design, fabrication and assembly, and installation of over 30 projects.

Fabrication and Assembly Shop

Veritas utilizes a 21,600 square foot fabrication facility with 15 tons of overhead crane capacity and six acres of lay down and module assembly space, allowing us to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Materials are secured in our 7,500 square foot warehouse. During storage, equipment and materials are maintained using preservation and long-term storage procedures that meet or exceed the OEM’s recommendations.

Fabrication services include

  • AWS D1.1 structural fabrication
  • B31.3 piping fabrication
  • Module assembly, including intrumentation and electrical installations and loop and function testing
  • Transportation and logistics management

Comprehensive Project Management

From simple jobs to full turnkey projects, an experienced project manager is assigned to oversee each one and is responsible for all phases of the project, acting as the client’s primary point of contact throughout the job.

The Project Manager coordinates

  • Completion of the P&IDs
  • Material and equipment specifications
  • Bidding and vendor selection of major equipment
  • Project scheduling using Microsoft Project and Excel software
  • Preparation of field construction bids and drawings
  • Quality assurance of all fabrication and construction
  • Plant commissioning and start-up
